As a Senior Retirement Planning Advisor, you will provide advanced guidance throughout the member lifecycle. You will explain retirement timing, survivor perks, government benefits, and pension-related tax considerations. You will also support member education, organizational initiatives, and HOOPP’s retirement planning programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide retirement guidance, education, and exceptional member service
- Lead complex conversations and explain retirement income options
- Manage inquiries, documentation, follow-up, and external coordination
- Handle sensitive cases and resolve difficult situations
- Deliver seminars, webinars,



and educational sessions for diverse audiences

Requirements:

- Seven years’ related pension, retirement planning, or financial services experience
- Advanced financial or retirement planning designation, or enrollment willingness
- Completed relevant university degree or college diploma
- Exceptional presentation, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and willingness to travel
