Scarborough Health Network is seeking a Manager of Access to Care to lead bed allocation and patient flow across multiple sites. You will supervise bed-allocation staff, drive capacity planning, and improve discharge processes to ensure safe, timely patient transitions.

You will partner with physicians, nurses, social workers, and hospital leadership to optimize patient placements, reduce delays, and enhance care quality in a quick-paced environment.
