As Field Operations Lead, you will combine CAD layout design with field operations management for Lumenix’s healthcare-focused AIMS platform. You will interpret architectural drawings, conduct site surveys, determine sensor placement, and coordinate installations. The work supports standardized procedures for multiple simultaneous deployments and thousands of nodes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop AIMS layouts from architectural drawings and site surveys
- Determine sensor, node, networking, and infrastructure placement
- Review coverage, obstructions, cabling, power, and network limitations
- Coordinate installation, calibration, commissioning,



and final acceptance
- Maintain deployment drawings, schedules, and as-built documentation

Requirements:

- Five or more years in technical deployment or field operations
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, or comparable CAD software
- Experience interpreting architectural, electrical, or low-voltage drawings
- Experience coordinating technical installations and verifying quality
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly
