Lead Euna Grants implementations in Oakville with grants expertise, software configuration, and AI-enabled workflows. This hybrid role includes three office days weekly.
As an Implementation Manager, you will guide enterprise clients through discovery, configuration, training, go-live, and support. You will translate public sector grants knowledge into practical implementation work. The role requires managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements across client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions and document business processes and requirements
- Configure Euna Grants using documented client requirements
- Conduct UAT and monitor issue resolution to closure
- Deliver virtual and written client training
- Embed AI tools into daily implementation workflows
Requirements:
- Five or more years in implementation, customer success, or account management
- Working knowledge of grants management and compliance requirements
- Technical acumen configuring SaaS software and understanding data relationships
- Experience training clients in virtual environments
- BA, BS, or equivalent work experience
