Coordinate international exchange and study abroad programs at the University of Toronto Scarborough, using assessment, advising, and intercultural programming skills. This full time term position continues until May 2028.

As Global Mobility Coordinator, you will support inbound and outbound students while coordinating mobility promotions, operations, and activities. The work includes student assessment, international travel risk analysis, workshops, and faculty-led programming. You will also advise students and strengthen relationships with campus and exchange partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement curricular and co-curricular programs
- Develop student assessment plans supporting learning outcomes
- Analyze program efficiency and international travel risk factors




- Advise students on academic, personal, and co-curricular matters
- Facilitate educational workshops and seminars

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum four years' related post-secondary advising experience
- Experience managing assessment tools and international programs
- Knowledge of academic structures, policies, and procedures
- Advanced Microsoft Office and student information systems proficiency
