Lead diamond and reverse circulation drilling programs on-site at Highland Valley Copper in Logan Lake, applying senior geological expertise.

The Senior Geologist Supervisor provides technical leadership and project management oversight for resource development and Life-of-Asset planning. You will integrate geological data into resource and geoscience models while interpreting porphyry Cu-Mo systems. The work supports mine planning, production optimization, and long-term asset value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute safe diamond and RC drilling programs
- Manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and contractor oversight
- Monitor progress, risks, corrective actions, and competing priorities
- Oversee geological data collection, validation, and interpretation




- Mentor geologists and technicians while improving QA/QC workflows

Requirements:

- 15+ years in operating mines or advanced project environments
- Qualified Geoscientist membership with Engineers and Geoscientists BC
- Advanced knowledge of porphyry Cu-Mo deposits
- Experience with geological modeling and Life-of-Asset planning
- Proficiency with Leapfrog, Datamine, Vulcan, acQuire, or similar
