This regular Mechanical Engineer position serves mine process plants through every engineering phase. As a senior Mechanical Engineering team member, you will lead studies, prepare specifications, and support technical quality. The work covers industrial, energy, and mining projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead conceptual, pre-feasibility, feasibility, and detailed engineering studies
- Prepare plans and specifications for heavy machinery and conveyors
- Calculate equipment sizing and design requirements
- Present technical information, concepts, and study results
- Review project work, schedules, budgets, and established procedures
Requirements:
- University degree in mechanical engineering
- Member in valuable standing with PEO
- At least five years of relevant experience
- Industrial, energy, or mining mechanical engineering experience
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and SmartPlant applications
