Analyze complex corporate actions and exception-based processes as a Mandatory Corporate Actions Specialist in RBC’s Toronto Wealth Management Operations team. Support daily oversight, processing, and customer service.

This full time RBC position supports Canadian Wealth Management and Capital Markets business lines. You will review corporate event details, verify technology-system data, resolve exceptions, and meet regulatory and firm policy requirements. The work includes specialized operational processing and escalated issue support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute daily oversight for complex exception-based processes
- Run reports and analyze exceptions against regulatory requirements
- Gather corporate event details from external sources




- Process payments accurately and within required timelines
- Research issues and support internal and external customers

Requirements:

- Experience managing multiple priorities in deadline-driven operations
- Experience with ServiceLink and Broadridge Terminal Services
- Strong analytical, research, communication, and resolution skills
- Understanding of corporate action events and processes
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
