Lead medical biology operations at Lacroix Private Lab as a hands-on manager with experience in laboratory coordination and team leadership. Work primarily daytime, Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Laboratory Director, you will manage daily laboratory operations alongside two Assistant Managers. Your work will combine scheduling, training, quality oversight, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. You will remain active on the floor while supporting teams and service development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate smooth daily laboratory operations
- Supervise, motivate, onboard, and develop laboratory teams
- Support operational problem-solving on the floor
- Ensure quality, performance, efficiency, and regulatory compliance
- Manage equipment, supplies, and material resources

Requirements:

- College diploma in Biomedical Laboratory Technology
- Good-standing membership with the Quebec medical technologists’ order
- At least five years of laboratory experience
- One or two years managing a laboratory
- Solid organization, initiative, adaptability, and leadership skills
