This customer-focused specialist provides end-to-end technical support throughout product lifecycles. You will diagnose electronic systems, commission equipment, repair products, train customers, and evaluate performance. The work supports communications, defense, medical, industrial, and scientific markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, and technical guidance for CPI products
- Commission, integrate, troubleshoot, repair, and evaluate equipment onsite
- Own customer issues through resolution and maintain proactive communication
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing,



and Service Operations
- Document findings, resolutions, procedures, and customer training materials

Requirements:

- Diploma in electronics, electrical engineering technology, or related discipline
- Three to five years supporting complex engineered electronic products
- Diagnose systems using schematics, documentation, tools, and test equipment
- Solid customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 20–30%
