Lead Minnesota DNR’s statewide fleet program from St. Paul, overseeing vehicles, equipment, databases, and fleet operations. This full-time position offers eligible telework.

As Fleet Supervisor, you will lead staff within Operations Services / Management Resources. You will oversee purchasing, disposal, safety, maintenance, repairs, fuel, billing, financial analysis, and budgeting. The position supports safe, reliable, efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible fleet operations across Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee road vehicles, off-road equipment, trailers, and attachments
- Supervise fleet vehicle and equipment purchasing and disposal
- Manage CDLs, CMVs, accidents, insurance, and fleet training
- Oversee fuel management, maintenance, and repairs




- Administer fleet rates, databases, billing, and financial activities

Requirements:

- Six years of progressively responsible fleet experience
- Two years of fleet operations supervisory or lead experience
- Experience with fleet management databases and related tools
- Unrestricted Class D license with a clear driving record
- Ability to obtain qualified fleet certification within twelve months
