Lead high-voltage construction crews across British Columbia with Rising Edge Group, overseeing safe, efficient site execution and quality electrical work.

As Site Supervisor, you report to the Construction Manager and manage daily in office construction activities. You coordinate crews, subcontractors, clients, and Project Managers while supporting schedules, budgets, drawings, and specifications. The position requires travel throughout British Columbia, including remote sites, and work in adverse weather.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee construction activities against drawings, schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Lead crews while promoting productivity, accountability, teamwork, and safe practices
- Coordinate clients, subcontractors, Project Managers, and site personnel
- Document incidents and injuries,



communicating required reports to Safety Manager
- Track RFIs, change orders, inspections, audits, and compliance activities

Requirements:

- Construction Management degree or Journeyperson Electrician designation
- Five to seven years of construction industry experience
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code, Technical Safety BC, and WorkSafeBC
- Willingness to travel, work remotely, and tolerate adverse weather
