As Pharmacy Manager, you will guide pharmacy programs, product launches, and daily patient service standards. You will build relationships, develop staff, manage performance, and support business plan execution. The position also requires regulatory compliance, policy implementation, and team delivery of company programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach staff and reinforce customer service standards daily
- Implement patient-centered care through professional scope of practice
- Execute pharmacy programs and product launches
- Manage selection, onboarding, training, and development
- Ensure regulatory requirements and company policies are followed

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
- Licensed pharmacist in good standing within the responsible province
- Injection and First Aid certification
- At least two years as a licensed pharmacist
- Kroll software experience preferred
