Monitor RBC’s global network from Toronto using AI-driven monitoring, incident response, and disaster recovery expertise across a 24/7/365 setting.

As a Network Operations Analyst, you will support Technology Operations & Resiliency’s Network Operations Centre. Apply networking, SD-WAN, scripting, and infrastructure recovery knowledge to maintain service continuity. The work covers proactive detection, rapid restoration, and complex troubleshooting across network technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor network and system performance using operational tools
- Respond to incidents, planned maintenance, and service issues
- Provision switches, firewalls, and other network hardware
- Execute and validate disaster recovery infrastructure runbooks




- Analyze AI alerts and improve machine learning detection accuracy

Requirements:

- Two or more years in IT operations or incident management
- CCNA and/or CCNP certification
- Knowledge of Cisco SD-WAN, switches, firewalls, and F5 load balancers
- Python scripting and automation experience
- Production experience executing and validating datacenter recovery runbooks
