Lead Brunswick Lift Rentals’ current branch launch in Stoney Creek, Ontario, using team development and operational leadership to establish success.

As Branch Manager, you will launch and lead a location while building teams, customer relationships, processes, and performance standards. The position oversees operations, safety, profitability, equipment readiness, and market growth. You will support Brunswick Lift Rentals’ top-brand aerial lift and material handling equipment services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead successful branch start-up and operational launch activities
- Recruit, develop, coach, and support branch employees

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of leadership or management experience

- Valid driver’s licence and ability to work legally in Canada
