Celltrion Healthcare seeks an experienced Nursing Leader to manage nurses supporting the Celltrion Connect Program. Reporting to the Canadian Patient Support Program Manager, you will supervise external nurses, collaborate with commercial teams, and maintain patient and prescriber satisfaction. The position centers on continuous improvement, change implementation, and patient-focused program execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, mentor, and support field-based nursing teams
- Develop schedules optimizing coverage and resource use
- Evaluate performance and provide effectiveness-focused feedback




- Coordinate commercial objectives and operational nursing challenges
- Monitor satisfaction, compliance, training, and program feedback

Requirements:

- Three-plus years managing pharmaceutical Patient Support Programs
- Five-plus years of relevant experience considered
- Pharmaceutical company experience with biologics or biosimilars
- Immunology experience spanning specified therapeutic areas
- Field nurse case management and data reporting experience
