Lead assurance training and professional standards work at Baker Tilly, using technical accounting expertise and strong presentation skills. This permanent role is hybrid, with three office days.

As Professional Standards and Training Specialist, you will support assurance staff development and quality. You will deliver onboarding, develop learning content, explain ASPE, CAS, and ASNPO or PSAS, and coordinate initiatives with assurance teams and HR. Reporting to the Manager of Professional Standards and Training, you will support exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver onboarding training to current assurance staff
- Coordinate timely training for entry-level staff
- Develop digital learning content for the LMS




- Maintain assurance tools, templates, and internal resources
- Coordinate training initiatives with assurance teams and HR

Requirements:

- CPA designation required
- Four to six years in public accounting
- Strong ASPE, CAS, and ASNPO or PSAS knowledge
- Proven presentation and professional writing skills
- Strong project management and critical thinking skills
