Lead hydrogeology projects across the Greater Toronto Area with GHD, applying technical expertise, client management, and team leadership.

As a Senior Hydrogeologist, you will support hydrogeology, land development, construction dewatering, and contaminant site assessment projects. The position involves technical advisory work, interdisciplinary project management, client relationship development, and mentoring project teams. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert while contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare technical reports, data tables, figures, and regulatory documentation
- Analyze soil, groundwater, and surface water data
- Coordinate geological, hydrogeological, and geotechnical investigations
- Manage projects, resources,



subcontractors, budgets, and invoicing
- Lead teams and mentor less-experienced colleagues

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in earth or environmental sciences or engineering
- Ontario P.Geo. or P.Eng. licence is mandatory
- Eight to fifteen years of skilled experience
- Field experience with soil classification, drilling, and sampling protocols
- Proven project and client management skills
