Reporting to the Sales Operations Director, the Sales Operations Specialist coordinates activities supporting sales targets. The role requires organized, proactive professionals with strong multitasking abilities. You will support resellers, regional sales teams, product data, pricing accuracy, and Qualiopi compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate global reseller access, certifications, and operational issue resolution
- Maintain accurate products and pricing within Salesforce CRM
- Support regional sales teams with processes and requests




- Coordinate Qualiopi documentation, follow-up, monitoring, and audits

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or DEC in business administration or related field
- Fully bilingual English and French, written and spoken
- Minimum one year in sales or administrative support
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong attention to detail
