Lead Db2 for z/OS and IMS database administration remotely in Canada, applying performance tuning, recovery, and production support expertise. DXC Technology seeks a database administrator with at least 10 years of hands-on Db2 for z/OS and IMS DB/DC experience. You will support business-critical production and data-sharing environments. The work includes database maintenance, monitoring, tuning, recovery, and application DBA support. Key Responsibilities: Administer and support Db2 and IMS production databases Monitor health, performance, storage utilization, and availability Execute REORG, RUNSTATS, LOAD, and UNLOAD utilities Troubleshoot incidents and perform root-cause analysis Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery exercises Requirements: Minimum 10 years of Db2 and IMS experience Strong IBM Db2 for z/OS administration expertise Solid IBM IMS DB administration experience Knowledge of SQL, JCL, and TSO/ISPF Canadian citizenship or permanent residency authorization Apply Db2, IMS, z/OS, performance tuning, and recovery expertise to DXC Technology’s critical database environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
