Coordinate international shipping, customs, and transportation for Kadant Carmanah Design’s engineered wood equipment operations. Support accurate, on-time deliveries.

As Logistics Coordinator, you will report to the Logistics Manager and manage domestic, cross-border, and international shipments. The work includes freight coordination, customs documentation, Epicor ERP activities, and communication across Operations, Stores, Production, Purchasing, and Sales. Your coordination supports customer orders, incoming materials, and on-time delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate courier, LTL, FTL, air, and ocean shipments
- Arrange pickups and deliveries with carriers and forwarders
- Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading




- Support customs clearance and resolve documentation issues
- Monitor shipping dates, readiness, delays, and delivery changes

Requirements:

- Minimum two to three years’ logistics experience
- Experience coordinating Canadian, Canada–U.S., and international shipments
- Knowledge of customs processes, HS classifications, and origin requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Solid organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
