Lead warehouse inventory accuracy at Factor Canada in Calgary, coordinating receiving, shipping, storage, and material movements. Monday to Friday, flexibility required.

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead associates and leads at Factor Canada’s Distribution Centre. Reporting to the Senior Manager Production, you will oversee warehouse operations, inventory records, staff training, and safety compliance. Your work will support accurate quantities, quality, and transactions across inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct receiving, shipping, and storage operations
- Maintain accurate inventory through counts and reconciliations
- Train staff on procedures, safety, and systems
- Coordinate material transfers with other departments




- Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

- Four-plus years in inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, or supply chain
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Availability for weekends and cold facilities
