Reporting to the Site Superintendent, you will oversee finishing activities for residential suites and common areas. The role requires residential construction experience, interior sequencing knowledge, and robust trade coordination. You will work with site leadership, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve issues proactively and deliver Marcon’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead interior construction from window stage through project completion

Requirements:

- Six to ten years of residential construction or finishing experience
