Lead manufacturing operations at Distech as a hands-on Focus Factory Manager, using Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement to strengthen performance.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will lead activities within an assigned business unit. The role emphasizes Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity, operational excellence, and leadership development. You will help build capabilities during solid growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily manufacturing activities against SQDIP targets
- Establish KPI accountability and structured problem-solving
- Develop workforce and capacity strategies for expansion
- Champion Lean Manufacturing and standardized processes
- Coordinate NPI readiness with cross-functional partners

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Eight to ten years progressive manufacturing leadership experience
- Proven Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement success
- Cross-functional project management and transformation experience
- French and English bilingualism required
