This manager oversees initiatives supporting Sunoco’s retail operations from business case and funding through implementation, deployment, and financial closeout. The position leads project managers and coordinators while directly managing strategic projects. Success requires technical project management, retail system deployment, business analysis, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prioritize retail technology projects by value, risk, dependencies, and resources
- Develop business cases, budgets, funding approvals, and financial analyses
- Establish governance, steering committees, escalation processes, and executive reporting
- Monitor portfolio milestones, risks, spending,



forecasts, and commitments
- Coach four to six project managers and coordinators

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in technology, computer science, engineering, management, or related field
- Seven-plus years managing technical projects and convenience-store retail deployments
- Experience managing concurrent scope, schedule, budgets, resources, and risks
- Experience leading employees, contractors, or cross-functional project teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project and budget plans
