The work serves residential, utility, and commercial clients through tree removal, pruning, planting, and related services. Knowledge of forestry, arboriculture, equipment, and software is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule personal and crew tasks daily, weekly, and monthly
- Manage tree removal and pruning for varied clients
- Coach and train crews in trade practices
- Support safety and performance management
- Maintain client and public relations

Requirements:

- Minimum ten years in forestry or arboriculture
- Manager, owner, or crew lead experience
- Valid 444a, 444b, or ISA certification
- Technical rigging, climbing, pruning, and removal experience
- DZ, AZ, or ARZ licence
