Support health and safety systems from Amrize’s Surrey, BC office, applying risk assessment and compliance expertise across regional operations. Approximately 15% travel is required.

As a Health and Safety Coordinator, you will support the Health and Safety Manager and regional business team. You will guide operations on Amrize Standards, policies, and regulations. The work covers British Columbia and Washington State, with technical guidance on hazard recognition and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach operational leaders, safety representatives, and field personnel
- Coordinate health and safety training facilitation
- Perform risk assessments and develop safe work procedures
- Support operations with OHS and company expectations




- Facilitate responsible injury, near miss, and critical incident investigations

Requirements:

- Post-secondary certification in Occupational Health and Safety preferred
- Three to five years as a health and safety professional
- CSO or NCSO certification required; CRSP preferred
- COR auditor certification and valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of provincial, federal, MSHA, and OSHA standards
