As a Senior Municipal Engineer, you will guide municipal and utility infrastructure projects from concept through construction. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee technical deliverables, and support municipal clients. The position requires Alberta P.Eng. registration, extensive infrastructure design experience, and knowledge of local standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead municipal and utility infrastructure designs through construction
- Manage budgets, schedules, resources, and design deliverables
- Serve as Engineer of Record and oversee QA/QC
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and municipal stakeholders
- Mentor junior staff and support team growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Qualified Engineer registration in Alberta
- Minimum 15 years’ municipal infrastructure design experience
- Knowledge of Alberta standards, specifications, and approving agencies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Project
