This senior Lead Subsurface Geoscientist role integrates geological, geophysical, and engineering data for hydrocarbon prospect evaluation. You will guide subsurface studies, assess risk, and contribute to exploration strategy. The position also includes mentoring junior geoscientists and presenting recommendations to management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead integrated interpretation of seismic, well, and geological data
- Develop and validate static and dynamic subsurface models
- Identify, mature, and assess exploration prospects
- Interpret well logs and core data for reservoir understanding




- Collaborate with geophysicists and reservoir and drilling engineers

Requirements:

- Master's or Ph.D. degree in geology, geophysics, or related Earth Science
- At least nine years' progressive oil and gas subsurface experience
- Extensive 2D and 3D seismic interpretation experience
- Proficiency with Petrel, Kingdom, GeoGraphix, or relevant software
- Robust leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
