As Director, GRO Program and Human Performance Enablement, you will guide a global workforce capability program. You will oversee early-career development experiences, operating standards, and performance across businesses and regions. The role also supports selected Human Performance priorities through experimentation, change, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own GRO strategy execution, governance, delivery, and continuous improvement
- Translate enterprise direction into integrated plans and measurable outcomes
- Lead Program Managers and allocate global delivery capacity
- Oversee cohorts, rotations, onboarding, development, reviews,



and alumni connections
- Run governance, risks, dependencies, investments, and operating rhythms

Requirements:

- 10+ years in talent management, HR programs, HR technology, or early talent
- 3+ years leading teams and coaching program managers
- Experience managing enterprise talent programs through launch and adoption
- Robust roadmapping, budgets, vendor management, and cross-functional delivery
- Curiosity about AI, emerging HR technology, and test-and-learn innovation
