Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual property reporting packages
- Analyze portfolio performance, KPIs, and financial variances
- Develop cash flow projections and forecasting updates
- Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses




- Prepare ad hoc analyses for the Controller and CFO

Requirements:

- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Corporate accounting and financial management experience within real estate
- Robust ASPE and real estate accounting knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and modeling
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
