Department Managers lead assigned areas through team supervision, sales performance, inventory control, and customer experience. You will analyze performance metrics, implement action plans, communicate priorities, and coach associates through feedback and performance conversations. Product knowledge within Seasonal/Garden Centre, Yard/Drive Thru, LBM, Kitchen, Bath, Flooring, Paint, Household, or Decor is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Ability to lead and motivate retail teams

- Previous retail sales and supervision experience preferred
- Ability to lift 55 pounds and stand extensively
