Provide primary care for Level III medical-surgical critical care patients as a Registered Nurse at Sunnybrook. Apply critical thinking within a patient-focused environment.

This Registered Nurse works with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team. Practice follows College of Nurses standards, Sunnybrook Nursing Practice standards, and organizational mission and values. The position requires current critical care experience and recognized critical care education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide primary care for Level III critical care patients
- Work closely with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Integrate critical thinking into patient care
- Function independently and within the multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

- Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
- Current BCLS certificate
- Three years of current Level 2 or 3 critical care experience
- Completion of a recognized Critical Care Course
- Robust communication, organization, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
