Apply millwright expertise at Flex-N-Gate, installing, aligning, and repairing machinery for automotive component manufacturing. Read blueprints and operate industrial tools safely.

This Millwright position supports equipment installation and maintenance across the plant. You will interpret blueprints and schematic drawings, move machinery, construct foundations, and assemble presses, conveyors, and shafting. The work also includes machine rebuilding, metal fabrication, lubrication, and preventive maintenance documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install machinery and equipment using layouts, drawings, hoists, and tools
- Dismantle, move, assemble, align, and fasten industrial equipment
- Construct machine foundations and modify parts to specifications
- Repair, lubricate, and maintain machines and equipment




- Document preventive maintenance activities and monitor spare-part inventories

Requirements:

- Provincial Trade License, Certificate of Qualification, or equivalent experience
- Minimum four years maintaining presses and industrial production equipment
- Experience with metal stamping, coil feeding, and servo transfer systems
- Metal fabrication experience and press room equipment knowledge required
- Ability to work with limited supervision; electrical background is an asset
