Build AI-enabled legal workflows at Tenstorrent using CLM tools, contract management, and data-driven process improvement. This is a builder’s role shaping Legal operations as the company grows.

As Senior Manager, Legal Operations, you will support a lean team serving commercial deals, partnerships, financings, and IP. You will manage legal technology, agreements, documents, and performance metrics. The role connects with teams across Tenstorrent’s global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Select, migrate, and improve CLM and AI-enabled legal tools
- Automate manual tasks and improve legal turnaround times
- Administer commercial agreements, renewals, expirations, and milestones
- Develop KPIs and refine Legal processes as the team scales




- Prepare documents for litigation, M&A;, and investor diligence

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years in legal operations and contract management
- Experience implementing legal processes and workflow platforms
- Commercial agreement experience, including NDAs, MSAs, and amendments
- Experience negotiating, redlining, and closing NDAs
- Experience building KPIs and overseeing vendors or outside counsel bills
