Lead climate adaptation outreach for FCM’s Green Municipal Fund, combining team coaching, stakeholder engagement, and strategic program development in a primarily virtual work model.

As Manager, CFS - Adaptation, you will support the Local Leadership for Climate Adaptation initiative and its growth across Canada. You will advise high-profile stakeholders, manage Outreach staff, oversee project leads and pre-applications, and contribute to program planning. The work includes understanding municipal needs, supporting sustainable technology adoption, and strengthening project funding readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement outreach strategies supporting program priorities
- Lead, coach, and empower Outreach staff
- Maintain municipal, private-sector, and nonprofit partner networks




- Manage prospect pipelines and pre-applications in CRM
- Contribute to strategic plans and program development

Requirements:

- University degree in environmental sciences, business, planning, or related discipline
- Three to five years’ progressive client or community engagement experience
- At least two years managing staff
- Experience developing outreach strategies, processes, networks, and partnerships
- English and French proficiency required
