The Community Manager oversees successful residential property operations for QuadReal. This includes marketing, administration, expense control, income maximization, maintenance, leasing, and resident satisfaction. You will train support staff, manage property documentation, monitor building operations, and coordinate resident services. Yardi Voyager, Rent Café, and MS Office support core administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee leasing, renewals, applications, and move-in packages
- Execute marketing plans, surveys, pricing recommendations, and partnerships
- Train, supervise, coach,



and develop site staff
- Manage resident inquiries, complaints, service requests, and relationships
- Monitor maintenance, inspections, work orders, and preventative schedules

Requirements:

- Three to five years’ administrative or property management experience
- Experience leading teams preferred
- Knowledge of Yardi Voyager and MS Office
- Robust communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours professionally
