Drive predictive maintenance and equipment reliability at Ingredion’s onsite facility in London, ON. Use data analysis to improve uptime and plant performance.

As Predictive Maintenance and Reliability Lead, you will enhance reliability programs and maintenance processes. You will analyze equipment performance data, optimize SAP-PM systems, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to the Maintenance and Reliability Manager, you will partner across Operations, Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead predictive and preventive maintenance program improvements
- Analyze reliability data and KPIs to increase uptime
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions
- Optimize maintenance schedules, PM/PDM programs, and SAP-PM




- Guide vibration, thermography, lubrication, ultrasound, and NDT technologies

Requirements:

- Skilled Trade Certification or related Technologist diploma
- Experience with predictive maintenance and reliability methodologies
- Knowledge of maintenance management systems, preferably SAP-PM
- CMRP, CRE, MLT1, CAT1, or equivalent practical experience
- Lean Six Sigma certification or willingness to obtain
