Key Responsibilities:

- Champion site learning priorities with leaders and employees
- Design leadership programs using 5S and problem-solving methods
- Coordinate onboarding content and training delivery across shifts
- Manage calendars, logistics, rollouts, and trainer preparation




- Administer SumTotal, Redzone, records, metrics, and reporting

Requirements:

- Six-plus years in learning, training, education, or related work
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related field
- Facilitation skills and adult learning knowledge
- Learning management system and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Availability for shifts, evenings, holidays, weekends, and travel
