Pre-Sales D365 / ERP Solutions ArchitectA Pre-Sales Solutions Architect contributes to the Centrilogic mission of being a premier Microsoft-focused managed services and cloud consulting partner. This role is a key member of the Centrilogic sales team whose primary purpose is to translate client business challenges into Centrilogic digital solutions — with a specialization in Dynamics 365, ERP platforms, and the broader Microsoft cloud ecosystem.As the bridge between sales and technology, you will collaborate closely with sales teams, technology subject matter experts, and clients to design and propose innovative solutions. You will drive pre-sales engagements from initial discovery through proposal delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.The ideal candidate brings a solid D365/ERP background, up-to-date cloud architecture experience, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and C-suite executives. and someone who brings credibility and trust into every client conversation.Primary ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture DevelopmentDesign robust solution architectures that align with holistic business requirements and industry best practices.Apply deep expertise in Dynamics 365 and related ERP platforms (Net Suite, JDE, Oracle – working with appropriate SMEs) to create tailored, client-specific solutions.Incorporate Microsoft Azure cloud architecture principles to design scalable, secure, and effective solutions.Identify and articulate AI and automation opportunities within ERP and cloud engagements, including Copilot for Dynamics 365 and Azure Open AI integrations.Technical ConsultationAct as a senior technical advisor to sales leadership and client stakeholders.Engage with C-level executives to address infrastructure, security, and transformation concerns.Translate client business needs into technical requirements and solution designs.Maintain current knowledge of Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Copilot, and Centri Logic’s service portfolio.Sales SupportPartner with
