Run daily site scrubs and weekly site refreshes
Coordinate campaigns, linking, promotions, and destinations accurately
Lead A/B testing and deliver performance recommendations
Manage specialists, priorities, training, feedback, and development
Requirements: Three to five years of ecommerce experience required
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Analytics and stated site tools
Ability to analyze metrics and interpret A/B test results
Experience with AI tools including Claude, Gemini, or Chat GPT
People management experience preferred
