If you aremotivated by the challenge of developing effective strategies,improving internal processes, and fostering a high-performance andcollaborative work environment, this opportunity is foryou!Why chooseOlymel?CareerGrowth: Develop your skills and progress in anenvironment that values personal and professionalrporate Culture:Be part of a close-knit, collaborative team whereevery contribution is valued.Innovation:Participate in innovative projects that have a realimpact on the organization.Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the incumbentis responsible for supervising, coaching, and supporting thedevelopment of the Maintenance team on the eveningshift.More specifically, this position includes thefollowing responsibilities:Responsibilities Ensure the completion of preventive maintenance,repairs, installations, and optimization of conventional andautomated industrial equipment while complying with occupationalhealth and safety rules and procedures.Diagnose equipment breakdowns in collaboration withthe mechanics and technicians in the MaintenanceDepartment.Monitor and follow up on the preventive maintenanceprogram to minimize production downtime.Ensure efficient management of the storeroom bymaintaining inventory levels of parts and equipment to supporttimely and effective repairs and preventive maintenanceactivities.Ensure compliance with HACCP and SQF standards andmaintain all required documentation.Maintain effective customer service relationshipswith other departments.



Requirements College diploma (DEC), vocational diploma (DEP), orother relevant training in an appropriate field such as mechanics,electrical systems, or industrial engineering.Three to five years of experience as a foreman,supervisor, or team leader in a manufacturing or food-processingenvironment.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical,pneumatic, hydraulic systems, and programmable logic controllers(PLCs).Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications,including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
