This senior design role focuses on producing and refining civil engineering documentation for varied land development work. You will apply Auto CAD, Civil 3 D, Excel, and municipal standards throughout design development. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and engineers supports coordinated project delivery and construction activities.
Key Responsibilities: Produce and refine engineering and construction drawings
Build plans, profiles, and detailed three-dimensional civil models
Interpret municipal and regulatory requirements during design
Create reports, spreadsheets, technical documents,



and presentation-ready tables
Modify drawings and verify accuracy, quality, and compliance
Requirements: Civil Engineering Technology diploma or equivalent education
Eight to ten years designing land development projects in Alberta
Strong Auto CAD and Civil 3 D proficiency
Solid analytical and technical skills, including Excel calculations
Exceptional attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability
