Coordinate in-room dining orders at Four Seasons Whistler using menu knowledge, guest communication, and careful attention to detail. This is a full-time seasonal position.

As an In Room Dining Coordinator, you will support consistent, thoughtful service at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler. The work includes accurate order taking, kitchen communication, menu updates, and guest feedback. You will also help coordinate amenities, small events, and administrative records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take accurate orders using complete menu knowledge
- Communicate special requests and orders to the kitchen
- Coordinate amenities, pre-orders, beverages, and small events
- Update menus and maintain accuracy in IRIS
- Record guest feedback and complete administrative reports

Requirements:

- Prior Food and Beverage experience
- Customer-centric mindset with task-prioritization ability
- Open communication and team-oriented working style
- Strong command of the English language
- Valid work authorization for Canada
