The Project Coordinator is located in our Stoney Creek office and reports directly to the Refrigeration Project Supervisor. Their primary focus is supporting the Refrigeration Projects team with technical requests while providing superior customer service. This position will also support customers, supervisors and employees through a variety of tasks related to projects, energy, customer service and overall customer satisfaction.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Help enhance local sustainability efforts by; primary liaise between corporate sustainability initiatives/programs and the SWO regional office – help ensure consistency in processes, programs, outputs; assist with energy and incentive programs – applications, registrations,



investigations; participate in related awareness & training initiatives; related networking; etc.
- Coordinate sold projects (under supervision of applicable Project Supervisor), including:
- - Safe work plan coordination, completion, support
- Schedule work, resources, manpower, etc.
- Order equipment
- Arrange for access, coordinate with client
- Project documentation, warranty letters, project manuals, etc.
- Review shop drawings with Project Supervisor and/or Operations Supervisor for approval
- Complete project profiles
- Compile all documentation and complete TSSA binder review with Project Supervisor and coordinate for TSSA inspection
