Job Role: Senior Business Analyst – ERP/EAM Transformation (Oracle Fusion / IBM Maximo)
Location: EDMONTON, AB, Canada (2 days a week in office is mandatory)

Position Description
Discovery/Design Sessions – Supporting EPCOR and the Systems Integrator as we embark on 700+ global design workshops in 2027 to form our foundation prior to starting the phased project.
Miscellaneous Project Activities – Supporting priority tasks as needed, potentially taking on multiple roles to ensure project success.
System Requirements - Lead end-user requirements workshops and document best-practice requirements
Data Migration – Work with business and IT to identify data requirements for data migration from existing legacy system into the new ERP/EAM
If the program is approved to proceed (at the end of 2026), work as part of the program team starting 2027+ over multiple years (up to 5+ years) working on the full program lifecycle from requirements, confirming design meets end user needs, data migration analyst, support for QA (testing phases) and end user knowledge
