As Country Lead, you will run Roo Canada while selling directly in its markets. You will balance hospital demand with veterinarian and technician supply, launch recent markets, and coordinate product, marketing, events, data, finance, and legal teams. The role begins as a player-coach assignment and expands into hiring and leading Canada’s team.
