Key Responsibilities Create detailed and accurate 3 D models of architectural projects based on blueprints, sketches, and reference materials.
Develop high-quality assets, including buildings, furniture, landscapes, and surrounding elements.
Optimize 3 D models for efficient rendering and real-time applications, ensuring clean topology and productive UV mapping.
Apply realistic textures and materials to 3 D models to achieve photorealistic results.
Collaborate closely with architectural designers, 3 D artists, and project managers to ensure accuracy and adherence to design intent.
Manage asset libraries and ensure proper organization and file management.
Stay current with industry trends, software updates,



and best practices in 3 D modeling and architectural visualization.
Troubleshoot and resolve any modeling-related issues that arise during the production process.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of modeling techniques and workflows within the team.
Requirements Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in 3 D modeling, specifically within architectural visualization or related fields.
Proficiency in industry-standard 3 D modeling software such as 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, or Sketch Up.
Strong understanding of architectural principles, design, and construction methods.
Proven ability to create highly detailed and photorealistic architectural models.
Experience with texturing, material creation, and PBR workflows.
Knowledge of rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona, Arnold) is essential.
Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality architectural 3 D models is mandatory.
