Position SummaryThe Marketing Coordinator assists with the development and execution of marketing campaigns for Vancouver Canucks Community, Retail, People & Fan Experience initiatives. As a key member of the Marketing Team, they build effective working relationships with stakeholders and leverage both internal and external resources to deliver campaign objectives.Position: Marketing CoordinatorDepartment: MarketingReports to: Manager, MarketingESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:Support with the strategic planning, production, and execution of marketing campaign supporting the Vancouver Canucks.Assist in the building of marketing plans that deliver on campaign objectives and ensuring all campaign touchpoints are aligned to brand standards and quality expectations.Liaise with in-house Content, Design, and Digital teams to build strategic, compelling briefs that deliver desired outcomes (i.E., lead generation, market awareness, fundraising, etc.)Use best practices like workback schedules, RACI charts, and project charters to ensure campaigns and collateral are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.Supporting in the approvals process,



ensuring final sign-off is received efficiently and coordinating revisions as necessary.Actively participate in regular team meetings ensuring your activities are well-coordinated with other initiatives and that any risks, issues, or conflicts are collaboratively managedYou HavePost-secondary degree or diploma in a related field such as marketing or business managementAt least one year of experience in a similar marketing/agency roleSolid knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including social media, display, SEM, etc.A proven ability to make critical data-driven decisions independentlyExperience prioritizing the use of limited resources to optimize results and efficiencyStrong attention to detail and exceptional time management and organizational skillsAble to work the occasional evening or weekends as requiredOnsite role at our office in downtown VancouverVancouver is one of the most diverse cities in the world and Canucks Sports & Entertainment strives to create a workforce that is inclusive, equitable, and represents our beautiful, unique community.
