Accountabilities:
Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple concurrent technical projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business priorities.
Develop a strong understanding of the organization's communication and automation technologies, including voice, SMS, natural language understanding (NLU), and low-code/no-code solutions.
Build and maintain
